[MODULE] - Stock ticker extraction #156

Please describe the module you would like to add to bricks I have a bunch of news about stocks and I would like to extract the names of the tickers, like AAPL, MSFT, GOOG, etc.

Do you already have an implementation?

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/code-kern-ai/bricks/main/extractors/python_functions/stock_ticker_extraction/tickers.txt cannot be found anymore. Because of that, the stock ticker can't be found in common or refinery.
