Loading button fix and useLayoutEffect refactor #914

To forskjellige commits i denne PRen (mandags morgen, okay?).

  1. Fikser at knappen beholder bredden sin når den er i en loading state.

  2. Fjerner vår egen SSR-safe useLayoutEffect til fordel for react-aria sin. Vår egen variant henger igjen fra før vi tok i bruk react-aria. Reduserer bundlesize med ~0.2 kb
