if we have the data from the Email to PIK that would help us greatly, if not, we are going to have some assumptions about what the data should look like, this might get modified once we get an answer from PIK

Edit: we did not get an answer from PIK while cleaning up the data that is why we are going with our own assumptions about the integrity of the data
