Fixation of Remove Icon Button for Listing Types #12

In Backend, for Listing Types, the "Remove Icon" Button for "Marker Icon" field should only appear after Icon is added. Please fix this

added the given functionality, also added inline css for this task(if its not okay to add inline css it needs to be changed). Now "Remove Icon" button is displayed only if icon is uploaded
