Default Marker #17

Please add default marker icon even if user isn't adding one in setting page. Currently, we are not getting any markers in map if user doesn't set from the setting page.

I have added default marker icon even if user isn't adding one in setting page. The default marker is of google map itself so no needed to added external image.
