MED library download link is down #127

MED library download link is down (https://files.salome-platform.org/Salome/other/med-4.1.1.tar.gz) is not working in the install_saturne.py installer. Changing it for the alternative address solves the issue (ftp://ftp.cea.fr/pub/salome/prerequisites/med-4.1.1.tar.gz).

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, this link does not work from within our proxy (and setting ftp_proxy does not help), so it is not a general solution.

I have asked a developer from the Salome team if there is another recommended link (outside of going through the download page and associated survey).

Hello,

Since the salome site blocks robots on HTTPS, and some organizations block FTP, I added an alternative download on the code-saturne.org site, and updated the script for the master and v8.0 branches.
