GUI does not update modified scalar names for groundwater flows. #16

When renaming scalars (species) in the GUI, the "species properties" in the Thermophysical Models/Groundwater Flow/Species Properties are not updated in the XML tree.

Fixed on master, v5.2.2, v5.1.6, and v5.0.10.
