Make notebook variables from the GUI available in user subroutines #26

As notebook variables are now used to perform sensitivity studies, that would be useful to be able to use them in user subroutines (for instance if a structure notebook with variables in it with the same name as in the notebook of the GUI).

This possibility has been introduced with commit 3afbcfd5 of the master branch.
