cs_user_mesh problem on CS6 from 20Dec18 - be0ee1d0f #32

Hello,

With the version CS 20Dec18 be0ee1d0f, it is not possible to add a boundary layer. The code crash at the line " cs_mesh_boundary_layer_insert(mesh, e, 0.2, false);".
