Make configure portable #57

Here strings are a bashism, and cut´s --output-delimiter a linuxism: replace them.

And also cblas is required with legacy BLAS.

Merged in commits 81df884ceec6bef1ab154c92dd5e806b22b59e7e and 2148a2d10d29dbf54a359a0e70b6430697dfcfb6 respectively.

Note that the BLAS support is not essential (used only for unit tests as a comparison basis, except for the MKL, which falls into a specific case independent of the patch).
