What

Added hc-web-client to be able to make Zome calls via this RPC websocket wrapper
Added YourAccesses.vue, not styled at all
Added CreateAccess Zome call in the OpenLock.vue
Added GetYourAccesses Zome call in the YourAccesses.vue
Added Vue-Router
Changed the menu Icons to be our self created Key Icons

Tests still to be added
