Trigger Test-Suite on Pull Requests #104

It seems that Test-Suite cannot be triggered from pull requests, and thus they cannot be accepted through the proper steps.

I am not sure if this is really needed. I assumed that #103 was not progressing tests because they had not been triggered (hence this PR). But there were some codecov issues that I tried to patch on #106, which may be related or unrelated to the underlying problem.
