Ignore Codecov errors on CI #106

I was unable to get any green tick on any of my PR due to token codecov issues or rate limiting or whatnot. The referenced codecov issue seems to be related to the problem.

This PR (ignoring errors on codecov) seems to be the only way for external collaborators to progress on their PR. Given that this repository is looking for maintainers, it is necessary. Unless I overlooked a different issue altogether.
