Support for bun #1

As hydra depends on uWS we can natively support the bun runtime, so hydra devs have the possibility to decide which runtime they want to use. This must also be an ongoing discussion internally for which runtime we want to use.

@Taucher2003 @raphael-goetz It would be great if you come up with a solution in your next sprint review

Couldn't start on it due to some random things that have gotten in my way.
