I believe Nikhil has graded himself accurately and was realistic on all. His behavior seems to be similar to what he graded, as sometimes he got off topic during class and was a little distracted, but he still deserves 3's due to his diligence and efficiency. He deserves a 4 or 4+ in all technical skills other than SASS because his website only used SASS through the change of a theme.
