ACE - health system #1

The only thing that sometimes gave us strange behavior was the use of the medical ACE, with the "health system" incorporated into the mission ... because sometimes our soldiers received damage, but opening the ace did not indicate anything. Since that mission's 100% health had not been exceeded.

health system is turned off with ACE add a global parameter on / off
