Merge PR after Concentra email sent to registrants, likely Thursday 3/18

This PR:

Enables 'Livestream' button in hero, with a label of 'Registered? Join Live' per @jscaffrey
Removes 'Sponsor' button from hero and /sponsors page

Closes #159
