Schedule and Auto-Merge Open/Close PRs #31

Reading through the chat transcript from today's meeting To schedule and auto-merge the toggling to open/close events, shall we install and try PR Scheduler on this repo?

Using the Merge Schedule action is quite simple and can be added to this repo without any difficulty.

For example, to schedule the close of the following issues:

The scheduled PR successfully merged over the weekend. I'm assuming the delay in the merge was due to something on GitHub's side, but I don't see any indication of any issues with Actions over the weekend.

Shall we go ahead and schedule PRs for the upcoming open/close events?
