Menu button visibility #112

Comment from website user: "I went to the schedule main page and didn't see the menu buttons there, so I didn't think to click into the detailed schedule to find them"

Does this mean the "Precon | Day 1 | Day 2 | Day 3" buttons that appear when you click into the individual schedule days? I could see putting that on the schedule index for consistency, makes sense.

I was mostly thinking that the top-level schedule (https://2023.code4lib.org/schedule/) and the peri-conference display on the home page should have "Menu" buttons, so you don't have to go into each individual day to get to the menu button.
