Add sponsors: Blacklight, Penn Libraries

I can do these once I have access to the sponsor logos (waiting on Kathy to share with me). The process for adding sponsors is pretty straightforward:

• add their image to /assets/img/sponsors/ (it's OK if they don't have an image)
• edit info into _data/sponsors.yml (schema described in a comment at the top)
