Do we have a protocol for doing these merges? Do 2,3,4 of us have to sign off on it?

@ruebot No protocol that I know of, but I'd be happy to hear any ideas....

Just trying to be sensitive to what we're trying to do here. But, don't want to throw a giant wrench in the whole process.
