Remove Zoia and IRC from code of conduct #98

I do not believe zoia and IRC are still a thing. And the @helpers seems to be @css when I check the code4lib slack.

Hi @carolyncole thanks for your contribution! I do believe the Code4Lib IRC is still around. I do not use it myself but it's accessible via the #irc channel in Slack. I'm not sure if zoia is still around.

I see that the Slack group is indeed @css and not @helpers. I posted in IRC about this PR and once I hear back, I will update that text (or you can add onto this and I'll review it, either way).

sorry to report that zoia is not currently running in the IRC channel. That said, we're going strong on IRC.

@akierig @phette23 Thanks for the review! I put IRC back in. I was thinking the old irc not an IRC channel in slack when I saw that... I do think the modification of @helpers to @css is still relevant.

This looks good to me! I don't think we need to go through the community approval process for such a sensible change.
