Making metadataPrefix a required argument
- Like it or not, the OAI-PMH spec states that metadataPrefix cannot be left out of GetRecord or ListRecords requests.
Making schemaLocation whitespace so simple that any parser can handle it.

@edsu @cbeer Unless there are any objections, I'd like to merge this to master in the next day or so. In some cases it will break existing code, so the next release will need a version bump.
