settings: change libgig feed url #20

Libgig feed was pulling in blog posts, not jobs

Thanks I had already done this in my production settings.py, but it's nice to have the template reflect reality.

oh, actually I hadn't removed libgig, perhaps I only thought about it. you deserve a piece of :cake: for making me finally do it.
