Revert to one email per job. #35

I beg you. The stupid email threads must end.

I don't believe reverting these changes affects any of the commits that came after these, but do take a quick peak at the jobs.html change.

FYI: I just did a revert; not tested.

Gah! You beat me to it. No worries - I think you got the commits that needed reverting.

@kefo Thanks for taking the time to figure out what needed to be reverted. If it were up to me I would continue sending the digest, but it's hard to argue with someone committed enough to commit :-)
