Update the structure of the site

The new design have some changes, in order to be easier to contribute and add new design, the structure of the site must be the same as in the figma.

• [x] the registration block from the landing must be bellow the list of nog
• [x] new sidebar for simple pages
• [x] delete some unused blocks
