[ ] center the list and the tile of NGOs to the center of the section
[ ] delete the filters bellow the title of the section
[ ] move the tags list between the title and the description
[ ] add icon for each tag
[ ] add the "Vezi mai multe" button bellow the list of NGOs
[ ] do not show more NGOs when scrolling down
[ ] when the "Vezi mai multe" button is clicked show 10 more NGOs
