As an advocacy program manager (i.e. Emily's list), I want to see quick stats highlighted about all the data (not just one element) so that I can quickly peruse and see if there's anything relevant to me.

Definition of done:

[ ] It's easy to skim the homepage and figure out quickly what the high-level takeaways are
[ ] A user either finds what they're looking for on the homepage or they read the homepage and continue on with the site (could test via Google analytics)
