I did some research and it looks like rutabaga is not a single color, one website said "yellow skin with hints of purple and yellow flesh, whereas turnips often have a purple top and white skin paired with white flesh"
We might want to just put Yellow & Purple in the table
Fun fact about rutabagas: a few years ago, Whole Foods sponsored the transit of some Asian sea otters from Santa Barbara to the Washington DC zoo. They were all named after spices and foods. Honestly, I've never seen a rutabaga. I've heard the word, but I've never seen one. I don't know what color they are and I think I spelled it wrong on the website. Can someone handle the rutabaga issue?
