[Tech research] All open-source projects on data viz #10

We need to create a repo with all the open source projects data visualization projects on covid in Romanian, English and French.

We need to collect:

name
who built it
national or international
if national, what country data it displays
link to public platform
link to GitHub
status: if it is functional
data update frequency - how often do they update, is it real time etc?

I've added all the data from Ovidiu's Spreadsheet to the one Olivia gave us Most of them are missing the Name, Who built it, Data update frequency Also, I added the Data sources field as per the initial spreadsheet
