Boală rară: [AMC/Beneficiari/Catagrafie] implement "Diagnosticul ORPHA" field #248

Implement "Diagnosticul ORPHA" field in "Stare de sănătate - detalii" section. Display the field ONLY IF the user selects the value "Boală rară" in "Boală sau categorie de boală" field. See more details in data dictionary
