Service cards can look bad for different usecases (very short service description), see screenshot:

To avoid ugly card display, I recommend the following changes:
From NGO Hub > Civic Center app > Manage my services > Add new service
Eliminate 'Descriere scurta serviciu' field
Set validation for 'Descriere extinsa serviciu': min 250 characters
Change label "Descriere extinsa serviciu" to "Descriere serviciu"
In the public Centru Civic portal:
Instead of 'Descriere scurta serviciu', the service cards should display the first 250 characters + "..." of the "Descriere serviciu" field (in NGO Hub).
Describe alternatives you've considered
Changing validation for both fields to a minimum of 150 characters (short description), and 500 characters (long description).
or
Not displaying any service description at all on the service cards
