[Public] Different date format on service cards #57

Describe the bug After clicking on See more, the user sees a card with extensive information regarding a specific service where the date format is DD-Month-YYYY, which is different from the formatting used in the services list (DD-MM-YYYY)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Servicii'
  2. Click on 'Vezi mai mult'
  3. See field "Disponibil incepand din ..."

Expected behavior We should have consistent date formats throughout the platform. As the extensive format "DD-Month-YYYY" could be problematic due to language challenges. The proposed formatting is: DD-MM-YYYY
