Describe the bug On the public map, the location should be indicated by the pointed edge of the pin icon, not the centre of the pin icon.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to public map
2. Click on Adauga punct
3. Introduce Strada Pădurarilor 2 Timisoara

Expected behavior The pointed edge of the pin should be on the building corresponding to the address (! not on the middle of the street)
