[Public user] Implement Registration for new users #78

User Story As an anonymous user, I want to be able to create an account on the platfom.

Description As a user I want to be able to become a registered user and create an account in the platform.

Main Flow

  1. Click on "Intra in cont"
  2. See the authentication page and click on "Crează un cont nou"
  3. Input the requested details and click on "Creeaza cont"
