Currently
Pins on map display the icon as set from the code for PCT_Serviciu.
Expected
User should be able to edit icons for each PCT_Serviciu and PCT_Tip that are displayed in the public portal, similar to how they can edit materials icons.
Icons should be .png (is it possible to have .svg as well?), minimum 64x64 px (will be scaled down to accommodate display options on the website depending desktop / mobile and their place eg. on pins vs in view point details modal), small file dimension
When icon for PCT_Tip is not set, the placeholder should be the icon of its PCT_Serviciu
When icon for PCT_Tip is set, it should replace the placeholder for points on map with that PCT_Tip.
