Changed the display for the drop-down from table-cell to block Add span tag inside MenuItem with a "menu-item" class to hide text lines that are too big. desktop mobiledevice

@vladplesu for consistency, can you also please change the selector style on the "Adauga o sesizare" page as well? We might encounter the same issues as the one on the "Sesizari" page. Please check the below printscreen:
