Incorrect Redirect for 'Raport Activitate' #507

Steps of Reproduction:

  1. Access the 'ONG-ul in numere' tab (as Super-Admin/Admin)
  2. Open the the 'Sumar activitate' section and complete the inputs (Număr voluntari, Număr contractori, Link raport activitate)
  3. Click on "Salveaza" button
  4. Click on "Raport2024" hyperlink

Expected Result:

  1. The user is redirected to the entered_link

Actual Result:

  1. The user is redirected to the https://app.ngohub.ro/entered_link
