Update 'Domains preview' on homepage

Need to update the domains section now on homepage:

Expected behavior

• At click on an item in the list, will open in the same tab the page NGO list, with filter set on that domain (and subdomains as mapped in the domains document below)

In cazul asta ce ar trebui sa se intample cand selectam ultima optiune: "Vezi toate domeniile"?

Iar ca si domenii ce afisam? Toate domeniile asa cum vin si in filtru mai sus sau grupurile listate in excelul acesta (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1cnk_c7nZg7KVtSlZ_TZT8RaB8tJtEMPKiMTgwCxCGEE/edit#gid=0) ?

In cazul asta ce ar trebui sa se intample cand selectam ultima optiune: "Vezi toate domeniile"?

Aici trebuie sa redenumim butonul in "Vezi toate programele", iar el ar trebuit sa duca utilizatorul catre pagina "Stagii de practica"

Iar ca si domenii ce afisam? Toate domeniile asa cum vin si in filtru mai sus sau grupurile listate in excelul acesta (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1cnk_c7nZg7KVtSlZ_TZT8RaB8tJtEMPKiMTgwCxCGEE/edit#gid=0) ?

Afisam grupurile de domenii, iar atunci cand userul da click pe un grup, va fi redirectionat catre pagina cu programe cu filtru pus pe grupul de domenii + toate domeniile din grupul respectiv.
