Upgrade to Lumen #40

Investigate the need to upgrade to Lumen https://lumen.laravel.com/

I don't think it's worth the change to Lumen. Maybe if we run some benchmark test we will have a clear picture but I think for the moment, Laravel it's a solid choice.
