[Frontend] Extend the map and the filter bar to the edge of the screen

Current behaviour: The filter bar and map currently have some whitespace between them and the edge of the screen, depending on the screen size. Also, the filter bar doesn't resize after a point but disappears from the screen until it collapses into a menu button.

Expected behaviour: The filter bar and map should extend to the edge of the screen...

• adding extra orange #EE741B to the filter bar
• increasing the display size of the map until the remaining distance is filled.

The minimum size of the filter bar would be large enough that all the elements could fit inside without truncating the words. The size of the map should be at least as big as the minimum size of the filter bar.
