Description

According to the Figma, in the 'Inregistreaza caz nou' wizard (step 3), the 'Copii' table should:

display one empty row by default
dynamically update the number of rows based on the value entered in the 'Numar total copii' input field

As is

no row is displayed by default
the table does not update to match the value entered in the 'Numar total copii' input field
