What changed?

Adds theme prop for SidebarMenuItem component to support css variables for highlightColor and backgroundColor.
- The benefit is that it can be reused in other components with useCssVars hook to add css variables in js, but requires to be defined in the css file too.
Closes https://github.com/code4romania/taskforce-fe-components/issues/191
