Steps of Reproduction
As Volunteer, send request to join org
As Org admin, reject the request
As Volunteer, send a second request to join the same org
As Org admin, accept the request
As Volunteer, access the Org activity tile on the Home page in the mobile app
Expected Result
Expected result: the notification about the accepted request to be listed in the Org activity list
