[NGO Profile] Change NGO display name to Alias #240

NGO display name should be the Alias in ONG Hub (in TEO web, TEO mobile and all throughout other apps) Right now it is the Official name.

@anastk-code4 @mirunaioana-msc @overeha Is this still required? On ONGHub this change introduced some search problems that had to be handled individually.

Please let us know all the places where this should be changed or let's change it for VIC ftm.

We should have "Alias organizatie" used throughout the apps - VIC (mobile & web), Centru Civic, Practice for Good, NGO Hub.
