[Activity log] Downloaded excel file for activity log shows '#######' instead of date values

Description

As an AdminONG user, I went to activity log and downloaded the list (clicking on "Descarca tabel" button). The file would show the details in the list, but instead of dates, it shows #######. See screenshot from user testing session
