(CRITICAL) Contracts generation does not pull volunteer list nor template list #268

If I want to generate volunteering contracts I do not see the volunteers nor the template I uploaded in the dropdowns. This is a critical bug.

@birloiflorian 2 options:

  1. change the text from "No options" to "Start typing to search..."
  2. Load 10-15 items + load more

Some fix was already pushed. To be revisited and confirmed with Code4 team
