[Events][UI] If event details are not filled (date, location, target), they should not be displayed #284

Description

Event preview shows icons for event's date, location and target, some are optional information. When info is missing, in the app the icon is displayed and no text next to it, which looks bad.

Test environment

Mobile, iOS

Preconditions

Access in VIC, see events, have at least one event that does not have all these fields filled in.

Test Data

Just a regular mobile user.

Steps of Reproduction

  1. Log in
  2. Go to events
  3. See list
