There are reports that in some cases a request for help may also have an official document associated with it. For example, a medical clinic may request medication stock and this needs to be joined with a signed paper. Can we add an extra field in the Admin panel (in the Status box) that is not mandatory, but can be used to upload a document (png, jpd, pdf).
