Revamp the "I Have Ideas" Button #112

Until the new site is built, could we can revamp this button to lead to a new form? Could the answers be placed in a shared slack channel instead of an email address? The link below may help with getting started on this integration. Nate would prefer if the form is built in-house rather than placed in an external form site.
